Save us posting up the "One Wish" thread.
So, discussion of all things Marvel (and DC).
Can i ask we try and avoid comparrison's though, as dont forget. It's all relative to the writer's perspective. For example in "Punisher Kills the Marvel Universe". Punisher single handedly kills Wolverine in hand to hand combat, this happens because the writer wanted it to happen.
However in one of the Wolverine Comics (if i remember right) Logan rips Frank apart. ------------
So then, let's start with your favourite hero and there favourite moment.
Mine would be Punisher in his Civil War entry, when Captain America is discussing working with the Super Villains and Punisher just walks in and mow's them down, so sweet. It sums Frank up.
Favourite Hero (If you cant tell) would be Frank Castle i.e Punisher. First watched him a few year's ago in Punisher (The Movie from 2004). Before this i hadn't really been in to comics.
However this all changed after that film, from there i picked up Welcome Back Frank and haven't stopped since. Currently trying to find "What if Venom possessed the Punisher". Unfortunatly, the internet and my visa dont go well together so i have to rely on the local stuff which ain't that great.

Deadpool. When he kills Ajax. He hides a bunch of ice, Ajax slips, his armor becomes weakened, and then Deadpool drowns Ajax underwater while he becomes short circuited. Deadpool wins are always awesome because he almost always uses some crazy strategy.
I like Spiderman too though. Spidey's fights with Vulture are my favorites. Spiderman also uses a lot of strategy when he fights.
I never really liked DC comics. They just don't appeal to me much. Marvel is much better imo.

Marvel is ten times better. I know all...my dad owns a comic shop . In honesty the only reason I really like Marvel is they made Runaways which is a spectacular comic regardless of being known or not. Then they have X-men, Spiderman and all of the cool super hero's.

Alright. Favorite Character.. if people haven't figured it out yet..
The Incredible Hulk. I just love the Bruce Banner character in general. So much inside him, bursting to explode, and then it does and he goes from a genius to well.. The Hulk. I also love the World War Hulk comics. It's just... perfect for me. One man, One Misson, One Extremely Fucked Marvel Universe. Haha!
Sadly, he is the only character for Stan Lee to ever say was literally Unbeatable. Since they always find a way to bring him back. That's the only draw back. I hate unbeatable people. Irony huh.
Also pretty much all of the X-Men. The idea behind them is priceless. A DNA evolution, highly possible sooner or later. They are just awesome. Especially Archangel, after he breaks away from Apokalypse, and Colussus. Wolverine I like, just over-used poster boy. Gambit and Sabertooth too. And since my cousin would kill me if I didn't, I must mention The Juggernaut. A man who isn't a mutant by any means. Go Gem of Cyttorak!
Man.. I feel all nerded out now.

I loved X-men, but specifically Wolverine. As a kid I used to watch Fox Kids and always tune in to the animated TV series, I didn't know who anyone was, but I always found Wolverine to be my favourite. Back then, everyone would rave about Archangel or Nightcrawler or even Gambit. I just loved Wolvering because I always felt his abilities weren't ridiculously fnatsy-like. His actual powers are only healing and increased senses.
The movies came out and ruined my life, because they focused purely on a poorly played Wolverine (I love you Hugh Jackman, but you didn't nail the entire persona of Wolverine until Origins).
Favourite Wolverine moment? After he had his entire adamantium skeleton ripped out by Magneto, his healing powers eventually drained away in the process of saving his life. Thus, he was left as a mutant with keen senses and bone claws. He went on a personal journey and encountered people he had previously defeated in combat (can't remember names) but my absolute favourite moment was when he finally KILLS Sabretooth. He kills Creed without the help of the adamantium and the healing. Now that is freaking awesome.

Any of you guys going to get Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2? Yeah, I don't think Frank Castle will be in it, but several of the X-Men will be. Wolverine and Storm are already confirmed, and I heard that Gambit was going to maybe be in it too. Should be a great game.

My second favourite character is easily Daredevil. He is really over-looked. Justice is Blind is the most intelligent little innuendo with Matt Murdock as he is blind. I think the whole sonar style sense that allows him to see much better than any normal sighted human is awesome. Plus, he looks sick.
He's also one of the few Heroes whom had his identity leaked out to the entire city, and to his biggest nemesis, Kingpin.

It does. What a shit movie. Shame that the character was represented so badly in it.
Only the Fantastic Four movie (with the Silver Surfer) matches it in assfuckery.

Only character I think they did well was Bullseye. Even he wasn't as awesome as he could have been. There was this one Deadpool comic that I read where he was 10x more badass than in the movie.

The comic book Bullseye kickes the crap out of the movie version. Like the old boy said, Daredevil movie sucked. F4 Silver Surfer sucked.... they could have done way better on 99% of the other comic movies they've done recently.... but those two were the worst. Except that travesty that was the Incredible Hulk. That movie shouldn't even count....

Yeah, I agree.
So far...
Top Tier: Dark Knight (and I don't even really like Batman that much, but this one was just classic) High Tier: Iron Man Mid Tier: Spiderman, X-Men (some good, some bad) Low Tier: Daredevil Shit Tier: Fantastic Four/Incredible Hulk
